Biography

Emotion is the primary theme of my work. It fascinates me that art is a form of communication, and that it’s feeling and message is fluid. Changing depending on who sees it. Whatever is ultimately conveyed through what I create, it’s an honor to be part of that conversation.

My life in art began unexpectedly. After a successful career in interpreting services, I faced a dramatic and unexpected health challenge. I turned to art as a way to find understanding and growth. Finding my voice in art has been one of the most meaningful journeys of my life.
