Biography

Perry Boswell
Collage artist extraordinaire, mixed-media enthusiastic, visual historian, artistic Storyteller, writer, Cosmic Explorer, teacher, colleague, friend. All descriptions I accept and cherish as an artist.
After completing my master's degree in art education at UNCG I begin a career as a high school art teacher that lasted 30 years. I also worked with elementary students in the summer enrichment program at Reynolda House Museum for over 10 years and have planned and conducted many mixed media workshops for adults in numerous educational and artistic environments.
Having worked in various mediums since my retirement has allowed me to grow technically and creatively. Through these mediums one can express Joy, pain, love, anger, hate, and collected memories. My work expresses the life force that connects us all.
