Ed Swaim grew up in Thomasville, NC and later attended the Harris
Advertising School of Art in Nashville, TN. Winston-Salem, NC has
been his home for many years. Afer a 20-year career at R.J. Reynolds
in corporate Graphic arts, Ed retired and devotes his artistic
efforts to his love of painting. His sensitive interpretations of
rural scenes, nature, wildlife, sporting dogs and historical homes
are accomplished using acrylic and watercolors as his mediums. Ed has exhibited and received awards in area and regional art shows. He has paitings in corporate and private collections across the United States. His originals and limited edition prints can be seen in local shops and galleries. Ed is a member of Associated Artists of Winston-Salem. |
