| Short Bio | What began as me watching Norm Abrams seemingly effortless creations of every kind of furniture imaginable on the New Yankee Workshop has transformed my basement and garage in Kernersville, NC into a small but growing woodworking business of my own. With a background in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, I work as a product development engineer by day and use my design experience and techniques to produce my various wood creations at night and on the weekends. Having been a woodworker for the past 7 years, what started with me making book cases and fire place mantels slowly evolved into an emphasis on turned wooden items in 2005. I work mostly with exotic woods from South America, Africa and Australia. My workshop is continually expanding with new tools and capabilities and I hope to pass on my love of woodworking to my 3 year old son someday. |
